We make all our our chairs in our factory in Noel, Missouri. We use the finest fabrics and materials available in our products. We offer a 10 year warranty on all our products. If at anytime there is a problem with your product within this time frame please contact our customer service center so we may rectify the problem.

Our 10 year warranty covers the workmanship of the product. It does not cover the inside filling. The warranty does not cover any accidents, misuse of the product or mishandeling.

Please inspect your product upon arrival. Make sure NOT to open the box with a knife or any other sharp item. All problems resulting from shipping should be reported immediatley upon reciept.

If you do not like your product for any reason please call customer service and they will give you detailed return instructions. Once we recieve the chair we will inspect it and credit you 100% of your purchase less the inital shipping costs. Although we do not charge shipping there is a shipping fee involved in the actual cost. The inital shipping costs are small- $15.00, Large - 25.00 and Extra Large - 30.00. Due to the size of our products, returning the product will be the customers responsibility. We recommend you ship the product back with a carrier that offers some sort of tracking number.

Due to the customation of the embroiderd chairs and leather chairs these products are NON refundable.

You have 14 days from the day you recieve the product to get 100% refund less the inital shipping. after 14 days a 15% restocking fee will be added. No returns will be taken after 30 days. These dates are based on the product being returned to our warehouse.

If your chair gets to you and it is damaged for whatever reason, call customer service and a replacement will be sent out immedietly at no cost to you..
