Most of our chairs are in stock and ship within a few days, however it can take up to 10 business days to ship depending on the stock level of the item you order. Once the chairs ship it can take two to four additional days to reach your door. Transit times depend on your location within the United States.

Although most of the time the custom name can be turned around quickly It can take an additional seven business days for custom embroidery and leather chairs to ship out. **Please note all custom embroidered chairs and leather chairs are non refundable due to the customization.

We ONLY ship within the continental United States. We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska but the cost for this is much higher than normal shipping within the United States. Please call us at 1 800 406 8308 for a detailed shipping quote. We can also ship expedited shipping with Fed Ex. This is very expensive. The weight is not the factor in this. The weight is based on the dimensions of the box.

During the holiday season from December first until the cut off date of our holiday shipments most chairs will ship out next day. If you order within this time period, your chair will be delivered before Christmas.

Due to the size of these products it is important to make sure you are purchasing the appropriate chair for the person you are buying for and the space you have to work with.
